Dongxinhe Plastic Packaging Machinery (Foshan) Co., Ltd. specialises in the development and manufacture of plastics machinery. We keep a team of experienced engineers on staff and build a full range of machines, which is what gives us our competitive position in the industry.
Working from what the market actually asks for, we have developed a series of high-output, low-consumption machines. The key developments include multi-layer co-extrusion composite die heads, internal bubble cooling systems, horizontal upward haul-off and vertical upward haul-off. These technologies are at an advanced level within the industry.
Our machines are exported to the United States, Canada, Vietnam, Indonesia and other countries. Our engineers attend overseas technical conferences on a regular schedule, which feeds new process knowledge back into development, shortens product update cycles and keeps our machines competitive.

Most of our customers are film producers, printing and laminating plants, bag makers and end users who pack food, home care products, agricultural film, courier packaging or medical items. Rather than sell a single machine, we would rather start from your product structure and work out the width, tension and process window across blowing, printing, laminating, slitting and bag making together — so the line runs as a line instead of six machines that each turn on their own.

Drives, controls and bearings are listed by brand in the contract, so the configuration list can be checked item by item.
Test run on your resin
Machines run continuously on the customer's resin and product specification, with the data kept. You are welcome to attend acceptance before the balance is paid.
Quality control, incoming to shipment
A record is kept at every checkpoint and handed over with the machine.
Incoming inspection
Steel, electrical components, bearings and gearboxes are sampled by batch; failed batches go back whole.
In-process inspection
Welding, machining and assembly checkpoints are inspected and recorded with critical dimensions.
Final inspection
No-load and loaded running, temperature rise, insulation and guarding are checked before shipment.
Continuous test run
Machines run on the customer's resin, with output, gauge and seal strength recorded.
Handover documentation
Operation manual, electrical drawings, wear part list and operating videos.
Warranty and follow-up
12 months on the machine (wear parts excluded), with scheduled follow-up calls.
