Three-layer co-extrusion blown film machine
Three extruders feed one die head, so inner, middle and outer layers can be dosed independently for strength, sealability and cost.
- Max film width1600 mm
- Film thickness0.015–0.15 mm
- Output150 kg/h
Film blowing, printing, laminating, slitting, bag making and recycling from one factory. We check the width, tension and process window of every machine in the line against each other before you buy, and we run your resin on the machine before it ships.
Pick one machine or take the whole line. Every group can be matched to the others on width, roll diameter and tension so the line runs as a line, not as six separate purchases.

Servo indexing and print-registration tracking for laminated, aluminium foil and metallised films, including shaped and zipper pouches.
One central impression cylinder gives six-colour registration in a single pass, with CCD registration control for short-run work.
Twin independent rewinding shafts with closed-loop tension control; flat, straight rolls without re-setting the machine between gauges.
What matters is whether the machine still holds tolerance in year three, and whether anyone answers when it stops. These six things decide that.
Film blowing, printing, laminating, slitting, bag making and recycling are matched for width, tension and process window, so you are not left coordinating several suppliers when output drops.
Drives and controls from Siemens, Schneider, Omron and ABB; bearings from SKF and NSK. The component list is attached to the contract.
Every machine runs on your resin and your product specification, with output, gauge and seal strength recorded and handed over with the machine.
Gantry machining centres, CNC lathes and laser cutting are on site, so frames and key parts are made under our own schedule and tolerance control.
On a complete line, machines ship as they are finished so you can start producing on the first units while the rest is being built.
Foshan-based service team: on site within 24 hours in Guangdong, within 48 hours in China's main packaging regions, with remote diagnosis in between.
Industries differ in film gauge, seal strength, registration and hygiene requirements, so the process window is set to the industry, not to a catalogue.

Detergent film, tube sheet, label film and stand-up pouch substrates.
Mulch film, greenhouse film, fresh produce bags and agrochemical packaging.

Four technologies we developed ourselves: multi-layer co-extrusion composite die heads, internal bubble cooling, horizontal upward haul-off and vertical upward haul-off. They are the reason our machines can be configured differently — and why we can commit to gauge evenness.
Several extruders feed one die head and the layers are combined inside it, with controllable layer thickness distribution. This is the part that makes independent inner, middle and outer layer dosing possible.
Used on: Three-layer / ABA lines
Controlled cooling air is fed inside the bubble, which cools the film faster and shortens the cooling length, raising output for the same tower height and improving gauge evenness.
Used on: Optional on high-output lines
The haul-off is arranged horizontally and rotates with the bubble, cancelling film sway. Suited to wider, higher-output blown film lines.
Used on: Wide, high-output machines
A vertical haul-off takes less floor space and groups the maintenance points together, which suits lines with limited space and medium film width.
Used on: Space-constrained lines
Five steps, each with something you can check: a proposal, a sample, test data, an acceptance run and a training record.
Product structure, resin, width, daily output, existing machines and site constraints.
Configuration list, output calculation, layout suggestion and delivery schedule, with component sources named.
The machine runs your resin and specification; you receive samples and test data before committing.
Machines are built to the agreed schedule and run continuously before shipment; you are welcome to attend acceptance.
Phased shipment, on-site commissioning, operator training, then warranty and long-term support.
Send the film width or pouch type, resin, daily output and site constraints. We come back with a configuration list, output calculation and indicative price, and we can run a sample on your resin before you commit.
