Repeatable bag length
Servo haul-off with encoder feedback holds bag length run after run.
Servo indexing · print-registration tracking · laminated and foil films
The DX-B3S uses servo indexing with photoelectric registration tracking and automatic web tension matching, handling PET/PE, BOPP/PE, aluminium foil and metallised laminates. Three-side seal, four-side seal, shaped, zipper and stand-up pouches are produced by changing tooling and station configuration.
Sealing temperature is controlled in independent zones, so seals stay flat without bubbles or weak spots. Optional punching, tear notch, corner cutting, spout insertion and inline inspection reduce the reliance on experienced operators and make short runs practical.
These six points are what actually show up in uptime, yield and labour cost, so they are worth comparing between suppliers.
Servo haul-off with encoder feedback holds bag length run after run.
Printed film is positioned precisely, so artwork and seals stay aligned.
Zoned temperature control and even sealing pressure reduce leakers and complaints.
Quick-change tooling and stored recipes keep small mixed orders economical.
Punching, notch, corner cut, spout insertion and vision inspection can be added.
Guarded stations, emergency stop circuit and grouped maintenance points.
The same machine is offered in several sizes; choose by output and available floor space.

Example data. Final configuration and parameters are set in the technical agreement; specifications can be adjusted to your resin and output.
The standard build covers normal production. Options are added where your product structure or automation target needs them.
Usually bought together, or as an alternative, when a line is planned.
Three extruders feed one die head, so inner, middle and outer layers can be dosed independently for strength, sealability and cost.
One central impression cylinder gives six-colour registration in a single pass, with CCD registration control for short-run work.
Twin independent rewinding shafts with closed-loop tension control; flat, straight rolls without re-setting the machine between gauges.
Reply within one working day. If you want to see the machine on your own resin first, we arrange a trial run and send the sample with the test data.
Tell us the product, resin and output you need. We reply within one working day with a configuration list and indicative price.
