Independent layer dosing
Three extruders with separate temperature and speed control, so resin and masterbatch combinations are flexible.
Independent layer dosing · upward rotation haul-off · built for laminating and packaging substrates
The DX-F3S runs three extruders into one die head, so the inner, middle and outer layers can be dosed separately: keep the inner layer clean and sealable, put recycled resin in the middle, and control surface roughness on the outer layer for printing and lamination. It is the usual way to hold performance while reducing material cost.
Film is taken off through an upward rotating haul-off with a stabilising cage and combined internal and external cooling, which keeps the bubble steady and the gauge even. The line is controlled from a PLC and touchscreen with stored recipes, so the same order can be repeated with the same settings rather than re-tuned from scratch.
These six points are what actually show up in uptime, yield and labour cost, so they are worth comparing between suppliers.

Spiral die head with internal cooling and stabilising cage keeps thickness variation under control, which reduces wrinkling in lamination.
Rotating haul-off limits film sway and closed-loop tension control gives straight, non-telescoping rolls.
Runs LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, mLLDPE, EVA, EAA and functional masterbatches.
High-efficiency screws, insulated barrels and variable-frequency drives lower power per tonne.
Recipes instead of mechanical re-setting between jobs, with access space kept around key components.
The same machine is offered in several sizes; choose by output and available floor space.

Example data. Final configuration and parameters are set in the technical agreement; specifications can be adjusted to your resin and output.
The standard build covers normal production. Options are added where your product structure or automation target needs them.
Usually bought together, or as an alternative, when a line is planned.
Servo indexing and print-registration tracking for laminated, aluminium foil and metallised films, including shaped and zipper pouches.
One central impression cylinder gives six-colour registration in a single pass, with CCD registration control for short-run work.
Twin independent rewinding shafts with closed-loop tension control; flat, straight rolls without re-setting the machine between gauges.
Reply within one working day. If you want to see the machine on your own resin first, we arrange a trial run and send the sample with the test data.
Tell us the product, resin and output you need. We reply within one working day with a configuration list and indicative price.
assets/js/site-config.js to receive enquiries. Send your resin and an order sample. We run it on the machine and send the sample back with the measured output, gauge and seal strength.
