Service and support

Buying the machine is the easy part. What matters is whether it still runs in year three, whether spare parts arrive, and whether anyone answers the phone when it stops.

Six commitments

Each stage has a defined deliverable, so you know what you should have received and when.

Selection and line design

We work back from your product structure, resin, order mix and budget to the machine and configuration, with output calculations you can check.

Trial runs with your material

Send resin and an order sample to Foshan; we run it on the machine and send back the sample plus the test data.

Layout and utility planning

Advice on plant flow, power, air and water, roll handling and storage before the machine arrives, not after.

Commissioning and training

Engineers install and commission on site, then train operators on setting, changeover and routine maintenance, with documentation left behind.

Spare parts

Fast-moving wear parts and electrical spares are kept in stock so a stoppage does not turn into a two-week wait.

Remote support and upgrades

Optional remote module for reading machine data, plus retrofit of controls, inspection and automation on existing machines.

How a project runs

Requirements, proposal, trial run, build and acceptance, then handover and training.

  1. Requirements

Product structure, resin, width, daily output, existing machines and site constraints.

  2. Proposal and quotation

Configuration list, output calculation, layout suggestion and delivery schedule, with component sources named.

  3. Sample and trial run

The machine runs your resin and specification; you receive samples and test data before committing.

  4. Build and factory acceptance

Machines are built to the agreed schedule and run continuously before shipment; you are welcome to attend acceptance.

  5. Delivery and handover

Phased shipment, on-site commissioning, operator training, then warranty and long-term support.

Response times and warranty

Written commitments, not intentions. Adjust the numbers here if your service standard differs.

Remote service module

Optional module lets our engineers read running parameters and help diagnose a fault, so most process problems are resolved without waiting for a visit.

Operator training

On-site training covers running, setting, changeover and routine maintenance, with a checklist and operating videos left with your team.

Retrofit and upgrade

Existing machines can be given new controls, inspection or automation stations to raise output without replacing the frame.

Questions buyers ask

If your question is not here, calling is faster than email.

How long does delivery take?

Standard machines are usually 25–45 days. Complete lines and custom machines depend on configuration and build slots; the delivery schedule and phased shipment plan are written into the quotation before you sign.

Can the machine be built around our resin and product?

Yes. Film blowing machines are configured by melt index, film width and thickness; bag making machines by pouch type and station arrangement; printing and slitting machines by web width, roll diameter and speed. Complete custom lines are also built to order.

Do you install and train on site?

Yes. Engineers install and commission the machine, then train operators on running, setting, changeover and routine maintenance, and leave written documentation and operating videos behind.

What is the warranty and how are spare parts supplied?

12 months on the machine, wear parts excluded. Fast-moving wear parts and electrical spares are kept in stock and dispatched quickly to keep stoppages short.

Can we send our material for a trial run?

Yes. Send resin and an order sample; we run it continuously, then send back samples with test data (output, gauge, seal strength) so you can decide on evidence rather than a brochure.

How does export and packaging work?

Self-operated export with wooden case packing, bilingual documentation and electrical adaptation to the target country's voltage and frequency. Incoterms FOB, CIF, CFR or EXW, shipped from Foshan, Guangzhou or Shenzhen.

Machine stopped and you need an answer now?

Describe the symptom — unstable bubble, weak seals, register drift, wrinkles when slitting — and send a short video of it running. Most cases can be narrowed down remotely before anyone travels.
